1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sage Plumbing & Air website (sageplumbingair.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our website or services.

2. About Sage Plumbing & Air

Sage Plumbing & Air, LLC is a Florida-licensed plumbing and HVAC contractor based in Fort Myers, Florida, serving Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties.

3. Service Estimates & Quotes

Any pricing displayed on our website or provided over the phone is an estimate or starting price unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing depends on the actual scope of work, parts required, and conditions discovered during the service call. We provide upfront written or verbal pricing before performing any non-diagnostic work, and we don't proceed without your approval.

4. Service Calls & Diagnostic Fees

Standard diagnostic visits during normal business hours include a diagnostic fee, which is disclosed at the time of dispatch. This fee is typically waived if you proceed with the recommended repair. After-hours, weekend, and holiday diagnostic visits may carry an emergency surcharge, also disclosed in advance.

5. Warranties

Sage warrants its workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of service unless otherwise stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to you and are governed by the manufacturer's terms. We do not warrant repairs to equipment that is past its useful life, improperly installed by others, or subject to abuse, neglect, modification, hurricane/flood damage, or third-party service.

6. SageComfort+ Maintenance Plans

Membership in any SageComfort+ plan is governed by the SageComfort+ Annual Maintenance Agreement provided at the time of enrollment. The Agreement, together with these Terms, governs your membership. In the event of any conflict, the Agreement controls for membership-specific matters.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms are agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards, ACH, and check
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee
• Past-due balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% APR) or the maximum allowed by Florida law, whichever is lower
• We reserve the right to file a contractor's lien on the serviced property for non-payment, in accordance with Florida law

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip charge equal to the diagnostic fee for that visit.

9. Customer Responsibilities

By booking service with us, you agree that:

• You have the authority to authorize the work being requested at the service address
• You will provide safe and unobstructed access to the equipment
• You will accurately describe the issue and any prior service history
• You will keep pets and small children away from work areas during service
• You acknowledge that some repairs may reveal additional problems requiring separate authorization

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

• Sage's total liability for any claim arising out of services performed is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• Sage is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunity
• Sage is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or damage caused by hurricanes, flooding, lightning, power surges, vermin, corrosion, neglect, fire, vandalism, manufacturer defects, or work performed by third parties

11. Website Use

You agree to use sageplumbingair.com only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the website without our express written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the website

12. Intellectual Property

All content on sageplumbingair.com — including text, graphics, logos, the "Sage" name, the "SageComfort+" name and design, photos, and code — is owned by Sage Plumbing & Air, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. 15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from services performed by Sage shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
