SageComfort+ Air covers HVAC only — two precision tune-ups a year per system, $180/year. SageComfort+ Plumb covers plumbing only — one annual inspection with water heater service, $150/year. SageComfort+ Total bundles both trades for $300/year, saving you $30 versus buying them separately. All three include priority scheduling, 15% off repairs, and no diagnostic fees.
Because we're the only family-run shop in SWFL fully licensed in both trades (FL CAC1824805 + CFC1434536). When possible, we send one tech who can service both — one trip, one visit, one bill. Two trades, one membership.
All visits are scheduled by mutual agreement during normal business hours — Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. HVAC plans typically split into one pre-summer cooling check and one cool-season verification. Plumbing visits are usually scheduled once a year on a recurring date. We reach out when each one is due.
These are preventative maintenance agreements, not repair warranties or insurance. Repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant, air filters, duct cleaning, fixture replacement, drain unclogging beyond standard treatment, and after-hours/weekend/holiday service are not included. Damage from hurricanes, flooding, surges, lightning, vermin, or third-party work is excluded.
During your active membership term, any repair Sage performs on covered equipment receives 15% off our standard repair pricing. HVAC plan members get the discount on HVAC repairs, plumbing plan members get it on plumbing repairs, Total plan members get it on both. The discount applies automatically — just mention you're a SageComfort+ member when you book.
Yes. You can cancel within 30 days of enrollment for a full refund as long as no visits have been performed. After 30 days, the agreement is non-refundable for the remainder of the term. To prevent auto-renewal, give us 30 days written notice before your term ends.
HVAC pricing is per system. Your first system is $180/year; each additional system at the same address is $150/year. So a two-system home is $330/year for HVAC alone. The plumbing plan is per home, not per fixture, so it stays at $150/year regardless of how many bathrooms or sinks you have.
Two things: keep your air filter changed on your normal schedule, and let us know right away if you notice anything off — water around the air handler, unusual noises, a dripping fixture, slow drain, anything. Catching it early is the whole point.
SageComfort+ plans are preventative maintenance agreements offered by Sage Plumbing & Air, LLC, Florida HVAC Contractor License #CAC1824805 and Florida Plumbing Contractor License #CFC1434536. Full terms, exclusions, and conditions are provided in the SageComfort+ Annual Maintenance Agreement at the time of enrollment.
